We own our content, you own yours. Don’t copy our stuff. We don’t sell your data. Pricing is defined in your SOW. If you use our site and/or our services, you agree to these terms.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT EXCEPTION
For clients entering into an active engagement with Infinitus, additional terms will be defined in your Statement of Work (SOW) and will supersede any conflicting provisions listed here.
DATA HANDLING & PRIVACY
We do not sell user data. Personal data collected through forms, analytics, or tools is used solely for internal GTM operations or direct client engagement. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page for full details.
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
All fees are scoped per client engagement via custom SOW. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable and governed by the terms of your signed agreement.
PROOF NETWORK EXCEPTION
Certain services, such as the Infinitus Proof Network, may be governed by supplemental ethical, compliance, or eligibility terms, which will be shared upon invitation to the program.
AI DISCLOSURE
We may use AI-powered tools and automations to enhance delivery of our services (e.g., content generation, targeting, enrichment, data analysis). Outputs are always reviewed by our team before delivery. Clients remain responsible for reviewing deliverables for accuracy before internal or external use.
CLIENT DATA OWNERSHIP
Any prospect, sales, or operational data shared with us or generated during execution remains the exclusive property of the client. Infinitus claims no ownership or rights to reuse, resell, or store your data beyond project scope.

GOVERNING LAW
